The benefits of martial arts are being reported again!
Articles have been circulating about the health benefits of martial arts, especially for those over 60.
These articles mention the Top 3 activities are Tai Chi, Wing Chun, and Aikido. We provide all of this training at our center!
Tai Chi – Taught 3 times a week. And we’ve been introducing the 83 Posture Chen Tai Chi this month!
Wing Chun – A subset of our traditional Shao-Lin Wooden Man training
Aikido – Is Tai Chi when taught with martial application! Though many people only view Tai Chi for its mental and physical benefits, there are self defense applications associated with each movement!
And that just scratches the surface of our training.
