The Hsing I 6 Harmonies Staff will be every Saturday, 10:45-11:45 am. Open to Brown Belts and Above. Required for advancement to 3rd Degree Black Belt. Sign up online or in class.
Black Belts begin Classical Pa Kua while Brown Belts begin the 3rd Shao-Lin Bird this weekend!
And we continue with our Shao-Lin Wooden Man, Tai Chi, and Lower Belt classes.
